I was struck by a recurring thought several years ago when I pondered leaving the legal profession: how can I channel my education, training, and experience into bettering the lives of others throughout my community?

Following several events the decision seemed clear. Opening a home health agency, dedicated to the fundamental task of providing great service at an affordable rate, was a natural fit for what I wanted to do.

Since that time, I have built Advocate Home Care based on those simple yet vital tasks. A major part of fulfilling our commitment to our clients is maintaining a strong team of nurse aides and companions. I realize that I am only as strong as the people around me. And so my most important resource is my staff.
