As a licensed home health agency, Advocate Home Care provides a wide range of services that cover the needs of seniors and the elderly who require care, yet prefer to stay at home.

When you first engage with Advocate, one of our Registered Nurses will meet with your family to chart a care plan. This may include Helping Hand services like personal care, incontinence care, medication reminders, grocery shopping, meal preparation, chore services, and homemaking.

Your elderly home care or senior home care plan may also include Specialized Services for assisted living such as post stroke or post heart attack care, Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, movement disorder, medical escort, driving services, and respite care.
